Laure Marolleau is a lawyer specializing in environmental law and industrial risks. She has been part of KPMG Avocats' Corporate M&A team since September 2024. She advises French and international companies on environmental and regulatory matters, both in advisory and litigation.
She primarily works in industrial environmental law (ICPE, pollution, waste management, industrial risks) and supports M&A transactions, contract negotiations, and product regulations in highly regulated sectors such as chemistry and healthcare. She also represents industrial operators in litigation related to their activities.
Recognized by Legal 500 EMEA and Who’s Who Legal, Laure holds degrees from Aix-Marseille III and the University of Amsterdam. Practicing since 2011, she also conducts research on the relationship between law and the environment.
