A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Maud Danel-Fédou has been a Partner at KPMG’s ESG Centre of Excellence since September 2023, specializing in Climate Strategy. With over 20 years of experience, including 10 internationally, she supports companies in operationalizing climate challenges and energy transition. After starting her career in NGOs across Asia, Africa, and France, she spent five years in strategic consulting at Bain & Company before leading impact and sustainability strategies at Groupe Eranove from 2011 to 2022. Since 2022, she has been advising companies on integrating planetary boundaries into their strategy to anticipate risks and reduce environmental impact.
